We are appointed by the Landlord to carry out their obligations, using the help of the Lodge Manager to do so, as per the terms of the lease.
All those irritating, time consuming and expensive maintenance jobs are now someone else’s problem.
We also undertake the following:
- Collection of monies from service charge and ground rent
- Production of annual accounts
- Payment of contractors
- Maintaining records to ensure that budgets are monitored
