Company Information

Millstream Management Services Limited commenced management in 2006. The Company was formed by Churchill Retirement Living, a privately owned retirement housebuilder that specialise exclusively in developing attractive, purpose-built retirement apartments for those in their retirement. 

Millstream were established to bring a fresh approach to property management offering a personal, efficient and bespoke service for the management of large residential buildings throughout the UK, specialising in retirement developments.  Our service is not a standardised package, but is tailored to be more flexible to meet specific needs and requirements.

No Hidden Cost!

At Millstream we operate a policy of complete transparency.  We consider that our Customers should know at the outset what our charges are, for providing our management service.  We have set our fees accordingly which include all the services that you would expect to receive.  In addition all contracts are properly tendered from independent contractors and service providers as we do not use any subsidary companies. We do not have any hidden costs or charge extra amounts so you can be rest assured that major works will not have any supervision or administration charges added and that permissions for alterations to your flat, the use of buggies, permissions to keep pets and the like, will be granted free of charge.

Millstream is a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and adheres to the principle of the Code of Practice.  Millstream Management is also a voluntary member of the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service.
