Dave has 28 years experience working in the retirement industry of which 18 years were in Leasehold Management. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Millstream operation.

Louise has 20 years experience of working in Leashold Management. Louise currently looks after developments covering the Midlands and Western regions of the UK.

Area Manager
Steve has 25 years experience in property management. The last 10 years have been spent specialising in retirement. Steve currently operates within the South East region.

Kay has worked in the retirement management industry for 6 years as an Administrator. Kay is the first point of contact for our Lodge Managers and Owners and answers their general queries as well as dealing with all the office correspondence.

Hennie joined Millstream Management in 2007 to help set up the financial systems and procedures for the Corporate Company and the Lodges. Millstream started with 5 lodges and we now manage 44 developments.
