Dean has been in the retirement industry for over 11 years and took up the post of Managing Director when Millstream was founded in 2006.

Dave has 30 years experience working in the retirement industry of which 18 years were in Leasehold Management. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Millstream operation.

Louise has 22 years experience of working in Leashold Management. Louise currently looks after developments covering the Midlands and Western regions of the UK.

Leila has 13 years experience in managing retirement property and leasehold schemes for the elderly. Leila looks after developments covering the South West region.

Paul has worked in Housing Management for 8 years and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He oversee's a portfolio of sites in the South East.

Hennie joined Millstream Management in 2007 to help set up the financial systems and procedures for the Corporate Company and the Lodges. Millstream started with 5 lodges and we now manage 44 developments.

Kay has worked in the retirement management industry for 6 years as an Administrator. Kay is the first point of contact for our Lodge Managers and Owners and answers their general queries as well as dealing with all the office correspondence.
