Mitton Lodge is a development consisting of 45 privately owned retirement apartments in Stourport.
We are seeking a diplomatic person who is well organised, an excellent communicator and able to promote a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for Owners, whilst being sensitive to their needs.
You will be required to:-
- Encourage and facilitate social events
- Work closely with the developer’s sales staff to help achieve sales
- Arrange contractors to maintain the building and grounds
- Be helpful and supportive to Owners
The successful applicant will be outgoing and enjoy working with others. Hotel, holiday, or property management experience is desirable and previous working within a caring profession would be an advantage. Service delivery is essential.
The hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, (35 hours per week).

Accounts Clerk - Verwood

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Clerk within the busy Accounts Department of Millstream Management Services Limitted.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Recording purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Monitoring the Company’s credit control
- Checking and processing petty cash or expenses claims
- Carrying out bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
The ideal candidate will be a flexible, well organised team player, who has previous experience of using Microsoft Excel. They will have competency in purchase and sales ledgers, with the ability to apply themselves to various roles within the Accounts Department.

Lodge Manager (Non-residential) - Rickmansworth

Currently under construction by Churchill Retirement Living and due to open in March 2012 is a development consisting of 42 privately owned retirement apartments. We are seeking an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills to manage the Lodge, providing a Safe, Secure and well maintained site for apartment Owners.
In tandem with delivering a high level of service to Owners, you will establish relationships and work closely with Customer Services, contractors and the scheme’s developer. A sensitive and diplomatic approach when faced with difficult situations is an essential requirement for this post. Experience in a caring profession or property management is an advantage.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 4.00pm (30 hrs)
Salary is £12,480 pa
