Right to Manage Success - 13/09/10
Millstream Management Services are pleased to annouce that it has been appointed managing agent for three new retirement developments. One which is a 73 unit scheme in Laurel Court, Norwich, a 62 unit scheme in St Alban's called Davis Court and the third development is a 50 unit scheme, Meyer Court in Exeter.
The Owners at all three of these retirement properties went through the Right to Manage process and with Millstream being a preferred property management agent of the Right to Manage Federation, Millstream was chosen after a tender process.
