Maintenance & Repairs

Millstream is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the structure and communal areas of your Lodge/Development. To report a problem, please speak to your Lodge Manager.

If your Lodge Manager is not available, please call our Millstream office during normal working hours; for out-of-hours emergencies you should contact Careline using the alarm system.

Owners’ Associations

Millstream is happy to work constructively with properly constituted Owners’ Associations and will supply guidance on how to set up and run an Association.

We will recognise an Association which has a membership representing 51% or more of the homes in the Lodge/Development, a proper constitution and elected officials and Millstream staff will, where requested, meet with the Association’s officials regularly on their visits.
We will still deal with individual Owners, whether they belong to an Association or not.
