Millstream Management Services are currently managing 56 retirement developments which equates to a total of 2,000 units spread right across the UK.

We aim to oversee the smooth and efficient running of all our retirement properties, ensuring the building, communal areas and landscaped gardens are maintained to a high standard.  Our commitment is to make life easier for our Residents, so that they can relax and enjoy their retirement.  Millstream provides a professional and personal service to all our Residents, allowing them and family members to relax in the knowledge that our development is being maintained to the standard that is expected by a reputable Property Management Company.

Safety & Security

Safety and Security on our retirement developments is our main priority.  We want to provide our Residents with the peace of mind they deserve so they can relax and enjoy their retirement.

The Lodge Manager plays a key role in ensuring Safety and Security on our developments and they are responsible for the effective and smooth running of the properties.  They will answer day to day queries, to keeping an eye on the retirement apartments when Residents are away.  Providing peace of mind for Safe and Secure retirement living at all times.
