What if there is a dispute?

In some circumstances we will consider using independent “mediation services” to settle issues such as AIMS (Advice Information and Mediation Service for Retirement Housing). If at any stage you feel that an outside mediator may be helpful, please contact Millstream Management Services for further information.

Independent Housing Ombudsman Service

If none of the above resolves your issue you can take your issue to the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service. This service is free and totally independent. Your issue must be submitted within 12 months of reaching the end of our issues procedure.
