Code of Practice

Millstream adheres to the principle of the Code of Practice of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers which is endorsed by the Government and your Lodge Manager can supply a copy of this code on loan if requested.

Consultation

Millstream will consult with Owners on the services it provides, while fulfilling its obligations under the terms of the Lease.

We hold up to two general meetings with Owners a year – to discuss budgets and accounts, when we will also consult on the quality of services provided.

We are happy to consult on any matter that is likely to have a significant effect on the quality of services or level of service charges and if you require such a consultation please advise Millstream via your Lodge Manager.
